Below are a few pointers to explain in a little more detail how our SMS job request service works and how to get the best results when using it.
How can this be a free service? Each business that receives an SMS is charged a small fee for the lead. The technology used in Click2Book is very economical and therefore only minimal charges are necessary. We believe these charges are fairest being passed onto the businesses receiving your request lead.
How many SMS texts are sent? The amount of SMS sent, depends on the number of relevant businesses that meet the criteria set by you. For example, if you want a plumber servicing Brisbane North, then only plumbers who wish to service Brisbane North will receive your SMS and this number of relevant businesses varies from between regions and business type.
What details are sent in the SMS to businesses? A bare minimum of information is sent only to the relevant businesses.
And a short descript of job – 160 characters long. Be brief and only give relevant info
Are all businesses covered Australia wide? Click2Book is flexible and dynamic to enable expansion according to demand. If a new business is requested or a business is not supported in certain location, Click2Book will attempt to source additional professionals to satisfy you requests.
What if I get no responses for my job? We expect you will begin to recieve feedback from businesses within minutes, But in case you do not, we encourage you to inform Click2Book via email at noresponse@click2book.com.au Or, retry the same job a week or two later – businesses may then be available
What if I get too many calls from businesses? CLICK2BOOK does not limit the number of businesses allowed to register for a particular job type or area. This could bias a particular business which contradicts CLICK2BOOK standards. We assume there is a self regulating number of business ( only standard number of businesses in each area to accommodate work levels) To assist with this issue we suggest you leave a mobile number that has a messaging service. Mobile can be switched off when needed and the business can always leave a message with returning contact numbers if necessary. Or it could be a simple matter of politely saying the job has been filled.
Does Click2Book recommend any businesses? How do I choose a business? In order for Click2Book to offer a fair system for all businesses, we have chosen not to recommend any business over another. We believe that the best person to make that decision is you, as you are the one who has the best idea of what you need. Click2Book does have a stringent registration process but this should not be seen as a guarantee that the business is fully licensed and insured. Click2Book suggests you consider the businesses’ references, licences, insurance status and reputation as a minimum before preceding with any business transaction.

Click2Book is a three person partnership established in July 2006 and based in Brisbane Australia.
After experimenting with online booking and scheduling systems the basic concept of collecting consumer’s needs and relaying this information to relevant businesses expanded into Click2Book. We’re developing a business that simplifies finding a product or booking a service for the individual and building an alternative to traditional advertising methods used by professionals to find valid sales leads.
