Click2Book understands that the protection of any personal information collected form visitors and users to our site is of the highest importance. To minimise any risks that may compromise privacy matters, Click2Book collects only minimal information to ensure the positive and successful usage of the Click2Book services. Businesses that receive information are restricted to only those that match the customer's requirements. Information passed onto businesses include name, contact number, and job description.Click2Book is an Australian business and as such we comply with all privacy matters detailed in the Australian Federal Privacy Act 1988 . 1. DEFINITIONS

The following definitions apply in the Terms and Conditions.
" Click2Book " stands for Collins Concepts ABN: 65 623 075 137, trading as Click2Book , and includes its directors, employees or any of its associated entities. “businesses” and " Service provider " means persons or businesses who have successfully registered with Click2Book in accordance with the Terms and Conditions " User " and “you ” means any person who accesses this Web Site, including Service Providers " We " and " us " refer to Click2Book. " Web Site " or “site ” means the whole or any part of the web pages located at www.click2book.com.au (including the layout of this Web Site; individual elements of the Web Site design; underlying code elements of this Web Site; or text, sounds, graphics, animated elements or any other content of this Web Site).

2. Click2Book's AIM

Click2Book will attempt to match user's needs with businesses and the services they provide in the customer's local area. By visiting or using the services available with Click2Book, users and service providers agree that they will only use the site for the intended purpose of connecting users and service providers.

3. USE OF Click2Book.

The Click2Book site is comprised of various web pages operated by Click2Book. Use of the Click2Book site is at the users and service provider's own risk. The Click2Book site is offered to you conditioned on your acceptance without modification of the terms, conditions, and notices contained herein. Your use of the Click2Book site constitutes your agreement to all such terms, conditions, and notices. Users and Service Providers acknowledge and agree Click2Book is not directly involved in any transactions between Users and Service Providers. Users and service providers agree they will not use the site for illegal or misleading purposes or in any manner that may compromise Click2Book's services or site.
Users and service providers are responsible for taking all precautions believed necessary or advisable to protect you against any claim, damage, loss or hazard that may arise by using the Click2Book site. Neither we nor anyone else involved in creating, producing or delivering the Click2Book site, or the materials contained therein assumes any liability or responsibility for the accuracy, completeness or usefulness of any information provided therein, nor, to the extent permitted by law, shall any of them be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages arising out of your use of, or inability to use Click2Book. Users and service providers must not use any means of automatically searching or mining data from the Click2Book site or in any way interfere or attempt to interfere with the proper operation of Click2Book. Users and service providers agree not to take any action that imposes an unreasonable burden on the Click2Book infrastructure or otherwise tampers or interferes with the Click2Book site, our systems or data or those of any third party via the Click2Book site. Users and service providers agree that Click2Book and all related entities of Click2Book have no responsibility for the legality of the actions of other users and service providers. We may terminate access to the site at any time without giving any explanation or justification for the termination of access, and we have no liability for any costs, losses or damages of any kind arising as a consequence of terminating access to the site. Click2Book cannot and does not provide any assurance that we have service providers in the area of your choice and we regret that not all regions are currently serviced by our service providers. You agree that you use the site and provide us with your personal details understanding this to be the case. When users and service providers submit any information or material to request a service provider to Click2Book, users and service providers automatically give Click2Book permission to use the information or material for the purpose for which it is provided.
The service providers that register with Click2Book have represented that they are professionals with expertise and experience in their respective industry however no guarantee or promise is given by Click2Book that the person will be currently licensed, registered, or insured. Click2Book does not review the information or content provided by the service providers for accuracy, nor does Click2Book warrant the accuracy of the information or content provided to you by the service providers.

4. Click2Book's INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

The entire contents and design of the Click2Book site, including all trade marks, text, images, software, tools, information, data and other material is proprietary to us or our content providers and is protected by copyright laws. The Click2Book site is for user's personal, non-commercial use. Users may not reproduce, modify, copy, distribute, transmit, communicate, display, publish or use any material contained in the Click2Book site without our express prior written permission or the permission of the relevant copyright owner.

5. DISCLAIMER OF LIABILITY

The Click2Book site is provided on an “as is”, with all faults and as available' basis and to the extent permitted by law without any warranties of any kind, either expressed or implied, including without limitation any implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, warranties of title or non-infringement, or warranties arising from course of dealing or custom of trade. We make no representation or warranty that any content of the Click2Book site is accurate, complete, appropriate, reliable or timely. We also make no representation or warranty that your access to and use of the Click2Book site will be uninterrupted, secure, error-free, free of viruses or unauthorised code or other harmful components. None of Click2Book's services, its related entities, affiliates, licensors or licensees, or any of their respective directors, officers, employees or agents, makes any representation or warranty as to the accuracy, completeness, currency or reliability of the information contained on this site. To the extent permitted by law, Click2Book expressly disclaims all warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. Click2Book does not endorse or recommend any service provider, goods or services. Click2Book does not examine, determine or warrant the certification and/or licensing, competence or information of any professional or facility listed in the Click2Book directories. We rely on the service providers professionals or the facilities listed in our directories to provide accurate information and assume no responsibility for verifying the information provided. Use of our directories to locate a professional or facility is wholly voluntary and, to the extent permitted by law, in no event will we or any of our agents be liable for damages to any user of our directories for the selection of a professional or facility or for the services provided by any professional or facility listed therein, or for any other loss or damage which may occur as a result thereof. We recommend that you check the certification and/or licensing of any professional or other service provider with the applicable licensing Board or authority. The appearance of any product, service or web site link on Click2Book does not imply endorsement, approval or warranty by us and we disclaim all liability with regard to any such products, services or web site links.

6. INDEMNITY

You indemnify us, our related entities (as defined in the Corporations Act 2001), affiliates, licensors and licensees, and our respective directors, officers, employees and agents, from and against all actions, suits, claims, demands, liabilities, costs, expenses, loss and damage (including legal fees on a full indemnity basis) incurred or suffered, or likely to be incurred or suffered, by you as a direct or indirect consequence of using this site.

7. LINKS TO THIRD PARTY SITES

The Click2Book site may contain links to other web Sites ("Linked Sites"). The Linked Sites are not under the control of Click2Book and Click2Book is not responsible for the contents of any Linked Site, including without limitation any link contained in a Linked Site, or any changes or updates to a Linked Site. Click2Book is not responsible for webcasting or any other form of transmission received from any Linked Site. Click2Book is providing these links to you only as a convenience, and the inclusion of any link does not imply endorsement by Click2Book of the site or any association with its operators.

ADDITIONAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS FOR SERVICE PROVIDERS

These additional Terms and Conditions govern an additional relationship between Click2Book and the service provider.

8. REGISTRATION AND SERVICE CHARGES

Click2Book reserves the right to accept, reject any application for registration or cancel any service provider's registration at Click2Book's sole discretion. If requested service providers consent to providing necessary documentation to substantiate and verify registration criteria. A service provider may request registration cancellation at any time via cancelmyregistration@click2book.com.au . SMS Notification Credit or Email Notification Credit is required to be purchased in advance prior to receiving job request SMS. Credit may be currently purchased via Paypal, or direct payment into bank account listed on Click2Book site. Click2Book reserves the right to alter, increase or add fees upon reasonable notice to all service providers.
Service Provider accounts are liable for 1 unit of SMS Notification Credit or Email Notification Credit per job request notification. If a service provider's credit has reached zero or credit has expired the service providers account will be suspended until further credit is purchased. During suspension phase the service provider will receive no job request notifications. If a service provider's registration is cancelled by Click2Book or by the service provider, a refund may be applicable where there is still credit in the service provider's account.

9. SERVICE PROVIDER'S USAGE OF Click2Book

STEPS

	Service providers must register their businesses with Click2Book and complete required fields of the Click2Book registration form.
	Completion of registration form assumes service provider is agreeing to the Terms and Conditions and privacy policy conditions.
	Registered service providers need to purchase SMS Notification credits or Email Notification credits prior to receiving any customer job request notifications. Current methods for Notification credit purchases are via pay-pal (credit card) and direct deposit. Notification credits will be logged into the service provider's account.
	Upon a service provider receiving a SMS or email job request. the service provider can decide to call the customer if the job request is acceptable and manageable to the service provider or ignore the job notification. 1 unit of SMS Notification Credit or Email Notification Credit will be deducted per job request notification.
	If a service provider receives a job request notification they are willing to complete, the service provider needs to respond and contact the customer within 24hrs of receipt.
	Click2Book suggest service providers wait for customers to respond and accept the service providers' offer/quote. If successful the service provider needs to complete the job as agreed. If unsuccessful, the service provider needs to waits for further job requests.
	Service providers need to purchase additional SMS Notification Credit or Email Notification Credit when their accounts are low or have expired. Click2Book will endeavour to notify service providers when their account credit is low.
	It is service providers' responsibility to accurately maintain details on Click2Book site and update in a timely manner if changed.
	Refund policy – if a job request SMS is inaccurate then the service provider can apply to Click2Book for a refund of the debited job request notification credit via email ( refundenquiry@click2book.com.au ). Click2Book may follow the lead to ensure it is inaccurate or to gather additional information to correct the accuracy.
